After-Market wheels and tires On Honda Accord Question?

Okay so I have a Honda Accord EX 1999, and i wanted to do some after marketing tires and wheels to make it look a bit better, and plus my tires are getting faded out so i might as well change the whole thing. so is this a good set for this car at 17 %26quot; or should i get it at 18%26quot;. Also, how do i go about buying the tires? i want thing low profile tires, would this be good to go along with this car? I want the tires to be thin. Also, should i lower this vehicle to make the tires fit more snug. This is the only thing I'm going to do to this car, along with tinted windows, just want it to look better than an old car. What's your opinion? how much would lowering it 2 inches gona cost or should i just add side skirts and bumpers to make it look lower. I dont wanna rice it out or anything, just make it more..young? Thanks

i suggest you use your money to get a newer car with a fresher look...

spending money on a car replacing items on it that already work to look cool is a waste of money,.....

tricking out a $2000 car with $3000 worth of aftermarket junk will only make the car worth about $2000, if the engine blows your $5000 investment will be worth about $500...... even if you want to sell the parts they will be worth much less than you paid for them... save your money and find happiness in doing things like traveling, going to college, and getting a house.......not emotional props for your bros over a pimped out tired ride.....
